Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Decks of Cards: The original cello-wrap must be unbroken.

  • Art Prints: The original clear sleeve must be intact, prints must be uncreased, and the certificate of authenticity must be present and undamaged.

  • Uncut Decks: There are no creases, spills, or other signs of damage.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email taryn@arynlei.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of receiving the item. Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will determine if a partial refund will be issued based on the condition of the item.

Refund Details

Standard Return:

A partial refund will be issued for successful, undamaged returns, once the returned item passes inspection. Refunds are calculated as the total amount paid minus incurred shipping costs:

  • Domestic (USA): Total paid minus $10

  • Canada: Total paid minus $30

  • Other International: Total paid minus $40

 

Items Damaged in Transit:

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us photos of both the damaged item and its original shipment packaging. Once damage is verified, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, per your preference. In the case of damage, we do not ask that you return the item to us, but rather that you recycle it to the best of your ability.

Items Lost in Transit / Returned to Sender:

  • Items lost in transit due to customer error — including providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to include unit or apartment numbers, or refusal to pay required customs duties — are not eligible for a refund.

  • Items lost due to carrier error will be replaced at no charge.

  • If a package is returned to sender due to customer error, it will be treated as a return, and a partial refund may be offered according to our standard return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please initiate a return for purchased items and create a separate order for your desired item(s).

Return Processing Times

Return processing time varies based on shipping transit time but is generally completed within 30 days of issuing a return label.

Changes to Shipping Information

Shipping address changes may not be applied to orders already in transit. Please take special care to ensure your shipping information is correct and complete at checkout, especially regarding unit or apartment numbers.
If you need to update your shipping address before your order has shipped, please email taryn@arynlei.com as soon as possible.
